Application Deadlines

The academic year in Australia is divided into two semesters. Semester one usually starts in early March and finishes in early June. Semester two typically starts towards the end of July, finishing early November. If you want to begin your studies in this semester, you should target completing your application by mid to late May, again depending on the institution.

·         Australia APEC Women in Research Fellowship: These fellowships are open to high-achieving female researchers from APEC economies for research opportunities. The fellowship is aimed at supporting women’s economic empowerment in the APEC region and raising the profile of female role models in technology, science, mathematics and engineering.
